This policy explains what information Forexgen Pro AI handles when you use the app or the website. By using the service you agree to this policy.
Who this covers
It applies to invite-only account holders and to visitors of the public website. The service is operated by MrStark_Pro. Contact: Telegram @MrStark_Pro.
Account information
When an account is issued we store the email address, plan (Visitor, Pro, or VIP), credits or daily scan use, plan dates, account status such as frozen or expired, and registered device identifiers (a random ID stored on your phone plus a short device label). We use this to sign you in, apply plan limits, enforce the device policy, and support your account.
Chart images and analysis
When you tap Analyze, the selected chart image is uploaded so the analysis service can read it. Pair, timeframe, session, language, and for VIP last visible price and bias may be sent with that request. Images are used to produce the ticket. Scan history on your phone (photo plus result) is stored on the device, not as a browsing history in our user database.
Website
The public site may store a language preference (ENG or BAN) in your browser. We do not use that preference to identify you.
How we use information
We use information to operate the product, authenticate you, enforce invite-only access and plan limits, generate SMC analysis, fix errors, and communicate about your account on Telegram when you contact us.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We use infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, file storage, and AI analysis. They process data only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Retention
Account records are kept while the account is active and as needed for support and billing of the plan. You can delete on-device scan history by clearing app data on your phone. To close an issued account, message us on Telegram.
Security
Access is invite-only. Sign-in uses the email and password issued to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Use a unique password and do not share your login.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting us on Telegram. You may stop using the app at any time. Some records may be kept where we must do so for security or legal reasons.
Children
The service is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 16. If you believe we have information about a child, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
